Lido Pino d'Oro began as a beach kiosk under a single umbrella pine. Today the pine still stands, the terrace has grown around it, and the recipes remain exactly as they were.
Every plate leaves the kitchen with the same promise: local fishermen, seasonal produce from the hills behind us, olive oil pressed in the valley and pasta rolled by hand each morning.
